Odyssians is an adventure camping holiday for people of all genders and all abilities, including severe disabilities. Every year since 1994 we have taken over the beautiful Woodlarks campsite for a week. Its accessible facilities, woodland paths and swimming pool make it an ideal base for fun and excitement. We have no paid staff, so we stretch ourselves in a supportive environment to work together and make it a really special week.

Odyssians is supported entirely by volunteers. If you come along as a helper, you will give your time and commitment to assist and care for the camp’s disabled participants. It is hard work and possibly the most rewarding, enjoyable thing you will do this year!

You do not need to be a qualified carer, as training is provided and many regulars have had several years experience of helping on similar camps. There is always someone nearby to show new recruits the ropes.
