"We ask everyone who comes to camp as a volunteer to pay camp fees of at least £115. If you have a disability that requires care, we ask you to pay at least £150. In return, we pay for all your food, entertainment, transport for day trips, campsite hire and criminal record checks. The extra helps us protect you: we make sure all our volunteers have a criminal records check and pay for a new one if they don't.

These basic donations never cover our costs, so if you can donate more, we'll be really grateful; you can also pay in instalments if that makes it easier."

By Cheque
...for the full amount sent with your application (unsuccessful applications will be returned uncashed)

By Standing Order
...£10 per month is an easy way to pay for your camping holiday in instalments. If you set this up part-way through the year, any outstanding amount can be paid before camp. You can send this form to your bank.

by Internet or Telephone Banking
...our bank details are on our standing order form.

If you can't afford to pay us the full amount, please get in touch. We have a small access fund and can sometimes reduce your fees if you are really hard up.

Where does my money go?

Here's our forecast of what we'll spend your money on. Especially the gorgeous food! We have amazing food and you always tell us it's your favourite thing about camp. But we also get people in to entertain us, we visit other places to do fun stuff and we pay Woodlarks' campsite fees to stay there. All this adds up to way more than our camp fees, so please send us a little extra if you can afford it.
