When you apply for a place at Odyssians, you agree to our Booking Conditions (you can find these on your application form).

When you attend camp, you must keep to our Code of Conduct. This is a short set of rules to help everyone enjoy camp confidently and safely."

Q. When is Odyssians 2013?
A. Saturday 24th to Saturday 31st August 2013. Join us!

Q. When should I apply?
A. You can apply today!

If you need personal care, please apply as soon as possible: if you are thinking of applying after the end of April, please contact us first to find out if we have places left.

If you want to volunteer, you will need an enhanced Criminal Records check. If you don't have one already, we'll pay for it but it might take a month or two to get one, so please apply well before the end of May

Q. How much is it?
A. We ask everyone to pay £10 a month for a year. If you want to pay all in one go, then it's £120 if you are a Volunteer Helper (including Duke of Edinburgh) or £150 if you are a camper who needs personal care (the difference helps pay for criminal records checks.

If you really can't afford to pay, contact us to find out about our small access fund.

Q. Do I need a criminal records check?
A. If you want to volunteer, then yes. We will often accept an enhanced check from the last three years: let us know on your application form (or contact us) and we will tell you if you need one and send you everything you need and pay for it.

Q. Do I need an identity check?
A. If you have never been to Odyssians before, then yes. We will send you everything you need and pay for it.
